All content, programs, nutritional guidance, exercise recommendations, and coaching services offered by FitCampPRO are for educational, informational, and performance optimization purposes only. Nothing in our materials or services constitutes or should be construed as medical advice, and nothing is intended to replace the assessment, advice, or treatment of a qualified medical professional.
You must consult with a qualified medical doctor before beginning any FitCampPRO program, particularly if you have or suspect any pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under the care of a physician, or have not had a physical examination within the past 12 months.
Conditions requiring mandatory medical clearance before participation include, but are not limited to:
- Cardiovascular conditions (heart disease, hypertension, arrhythmia, history of heart attack or stroke)
- Metabolic disorders (Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, thyroid conditions, metabolic syndrome)
- Orthopedic injuries (joint injuries, stress fractures, post-surgical rehabilitation status)
- Eating disorders (current or history of anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, or related conditions)
- Pregnancy or planning pregnancy
- Kidney or liver disease
- Any mental health condition that may be affected by body image, dietary change, or physical training
- Current use of any prescription medication that may interact with dietary or exercise changes
Exercise and physical training carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle soreness, injury, heat-related illness, dehydration, hypoglycaemia, and in rare cases, more serious cardiovascular events. By participating in any FitCampPRO program that involves physical activity:
- You acknowledge and voluntarily assume these inherent risks
- You confirm you have disclosed all known health conditions to your coach prior to beginning
- You agree to stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, severe shortness of breath, abnormal heart rhythm, or other concerning symptoms
- You understand that exercise recommendations are general guidelines and may need to be modified by a qualified exercise professional or physician for your specific situation
Nutritional guidance provided within FitCampPRO programs is based on general sports nutrition principles and current evidence-based research. It is not individualized medical nutrition therapy and is not a substitute for advice from a Registered Dietitian (RD) or qualified clinical nutritionist, particularly for individuals with:
- Diagnosed dietary allergies or intolerances (celiac disease, nut allergies, lactose intolerance, etc.)
- Medical conditions requiring therapeutic dietary intervention (renal disease, diabetes, IBD)
- Disordered eating history or active eating disorder
- Pregnancy or lactation
Our weight loss and body composition optimization guidance is designed for healthy adult athletes with excess body fat above optimal performance ranges. Target caloric deficits, macronutrient recommendations, and supplement suggestions are evidence-based general guidelines. Individual requirements vary significantly. Always work in conjunction with your team’s medical and nutrition staff where available.
FitCampPRO does not recommend, endorse, or supply any substance prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), or any governing sporting body. Any supplement mentioned in our programs must be independently verified against the current WADA Prohibited List and applicable sport-specific regulations before use by professional or competitive athletes. The athlete bears sole responsibility for substances they consume.
FitCampPRO accepts no liability for doping violations, failed drug tests, or sporting sanctions resulting from supplement use, even where the supplement was referenced in our educational materials. Always use batch-tested, INFORMED-SPORT or NSF-Certified supplements and verify current prohibited substance lists independently.
By enrolling in any FitCampPRO program or attending any FitCamp event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the program, including risks that may arise from the nature of body composition change, dietary modification, and increased physical training load. You agree that FitCampPRO is not liable for any adverse health events that arise during or after participation in our programs.

Billing Questions?
Our billing team is happy to assist with any payment, refund, or subscription inquiry.
billing@dreamfitpro.com | (204) 880 8211This policy governs the specific terms under which FitCampPRO provides services to professional sports clubs, teams, franchises, athletic organizations, and any entity enrolling three or more athletes or staff members under a single organizational account.
All organizational engagements require a signed Service Agreement prior to program commencement. The Service Agreement will specify:
- Scope of services and participating personnel
- Program duration, schedule, and milestones
- Designated organizational contact and FitCampPRO account manager
- Data handling, confidentiality, and reporting obligations
- Pricing, payment schedule, and renewal terms
- Specific performance metrics and reporting cadence agreed between parties
Even where a club or organization has signed a Service Agreement, each individual athlete, staff member, or participant must separately acknowledge the Medical Disclaimer and provide individual consent for health data collection. Organizational enrollment does not substitute for individual consent. Minors must have guardian consent documented prior to participation.
FitCampPRO treats individual athlete health and performance data with the highest level of confidentiality:
- Individual athlete body composition and health data is not shared with club management without the athlete’s explicit written consent
- Aggregate, anonymized squad-level data may be included in performance ROI reports provided to the organization
- Athletes have the right to access all data held about them at any time
- Upon termination of the service agreement, individual athlete data will be securely deleted or returned within 60 days, per the agreement terms
Organizations using FitCampPRO services agree to:
- Not coerce, pressure, or incentivize athletes to achieve specific body composition targets that may compromise health or safety
- Respect athletes’ right to withdraw from the program without penalty
- Not misrepresent FitCampPRO services, credentials, or outcomes in any public-facing communications without prior written approval
- Ensure all participating personnel are made aware of and agree to these policies
FitCampPRO services may not be used to enforce weight or body fat targets as contractual clauses in athlete employment agreements, or to justify punitive measures, fines, reduced playing time, or non-selection solely on the basis of body composition metrics. Any misuse of our programs in this manner violates this policy and will result in immediate termination of the Service Agreement without refund.
FitCampPRO retains full intellectual property rights over all program materials, methodologies, and content delivered to organizations. Organizations may not reproduce, redistribute, or white-label FitCampPRO content without a separate written licensing agreement.
PRO Club & Team Partnerships
For organizational onboarding, custom Service Agreements, and enterprise pricing, contact our partnerships team.
teams@dreamfitpro.comThis policy applies specifically to medical professionals (physicians, nurses, dietitians, physiotherapists, sports medicine practitioners), first responders (paramedics, firefighters, police officers, military personnel), coaches, certified personal trainers, and other professionals who access FitCampPRO services in a professional or supervisory capacity.
FitCampPRO recognizes that medical professionals, clinical staff, and qualified coaches may apply our content and methodologies in professional settings. By doing so, they are subject to both these policies and the ethical and legal standards of their own professional licensing bodies.
Physicians, nurses, registered dietitians, physiotherapists, and other licensed healthcare professionals using FitCampPRO programs with their patients or clients must:
- Exercise independent professional judgment when applying our content to individual patients
- Not represent FitCampPRO programs as a substitute for medically supervised treatment
- Ensure appropriate clinical assessment and monitoring of any patient undertaking body composition or dietary changes
- Adhere to the scope of practice defined by their professional licensing body
- Obtain appropriate informed consent from patients for any program participation
FitCampPRO does not assume any professional liability for how licensed healthcare professionals apply our educational content in clinical settings. Professionals retain full professional responsibility for their clinical decisions and actions.
Police officers, firefighters, paramedics, military personnel, and other first responders accessing FitCampPRO programs are subject to the same Medical Disclaimer as all participants. Additional considerations specific to this population include:
- First responder physical demands differ significantly from traditional sport demands — program modifications may be required
- Shift-work schedules, irregular sleep patterns, and high-stress occupational environments affect nutritional and recovery needs
- Any fitness or body composition requirements imposed by your employer or agency are your responsibility to understand and comply with independently
- FitCampPRO programs for first responders are designed to improve occupational fitness and resilience, not to certify fitness for duty — that determination remains with your occupational health provider
Certified personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, athletic trainers, and sports performance staff using FitCampPRO content in their professional practice must:
- Operate within the scope of their own certifications and professional qualifications
- Not provide dietary advice beyond their scope of practice (refer to registered dietitian where clinically appropriate)
- Not reproduce or redistribute FitCampPRO program content for use with their own clients without a licensing agreement
- Refer athletes to qualified medical professionals when health concerns arise outside the scope of performance coaching
FitCampPRO offers professional development content, including webinars and educational resources, which may be applicable to continuing education requirements of some professional organizations. However:
- FitCampPRO educational content does not confer professional certification, licensure, or accreditation unless explicitly stated and formally recognized by the relevant body
- Professionals are responsible for verifying whether our content qualifies for their specific CE/CPD requirements
- Completion certificates issued by FitCampPRO attest to program participation only, not competency assessment
In the unlikely event that a participant under your supervision experiences an adverse health event that may be related to FitCampPRO program activities, we ask that you:
- Prioritize the immediate safety and wellbeing of the individual — contact emergency services if required
- Document the event thoroughly in accordance with your professional standards
- Notify FitCampPRO within 48 hours at health@dreamfitpro.com so we can review our protocols
- Cooperate with any subsequent review process initiated by FitCampPRO
Your reporting helps us continuously improve the safety of our programs. We treat all adverse event reports with strict confidentiality.
